Well, in the spirit of the upcoming Valentines Day and the new year, I decided to do a give away. I am such a huge romantic at heart that Valentines Day for me is probably my favorite Holiday! My husband on the other hand, well… he does not like it and really doesn’t like to participate but somehow he always pulls it together for the most amazing time ever! I will have to tell the awesome story of the scavenger hunt he sent me on two years ago for Valentines day. He sent me from San Clemente on the amtrack all the way down to san diego, finding clues and meeting people on the way that had new envelopes for me, it was seriously the coolest night EVER! He’s awesome! Anyway, I digress! Lol!

Recently, my husband and I were rummaging through a bunch of old pictures of us, when we first got together, engaged and married. The pictures crack me up how I looked, acted and most of all how in love we looked. We often say, after almost ten years of being married, why don’t we look like that anymore?! Its not that we don’t love eachother, we are so in love, and no one could compare to the husband my husband is. He is out of this world, but we just don’t have that same spark we use to have. So I’ve been re-evaluating everything, and trying to see him, and us new again, and make the spark come back to life. I know it can happen and it will. We are both in love with eachother, in love with God and so I know that theres hope and it just takes work, marriage does take work, but its so worth it! Anyway, see how I digress… I was looking at those pictures and this contest came to mind. I wanted to do a contest for not just the girls,cause mostly my readers are moms/girls, so this contest is two part. You HAVE to get your guy involved!
Here it is: You must send me your favorite picture of your fiance, and he must send me his favorite image of you, so one of the guy, one of the girl! Both must be clean, of course! Also I want an agreed upon picture that is a favorite of the two of you, and not a professional one, I want a picture that is taken some other way and its memorable for you. Scan and email those three images to me, and wait, your not done, tell me from your perspective (Guy gives me his words on why her picture is his uttermost favorite, and she gives me her words on why his is her favorite, etc. Then together why the couple one is your favorite). Then if you really wants extra points tell me your story, you know, how you met, how you got engaged, i love ALL those stories and trust me this is going to give me my Valentines Gift from all of you, just sharing your love with me, maybe it will help me in my lifeYou are all so awesome, and your love is beautiful. Can’t wait to hear!!
